We’ve got 20 pairs of tickets to a special preview screening in Dublin of Ben Affleck’s new feature film The Town ahead of general release.
The highly-anticipated crime thriller, which is also Affleck’s directorial debut, sees Affleck return to his native Boston to play bank robber Doug MacRay. Things don’t go according to plan on a job, and he and his crew have to take a hostage.
Things take a complicated turn once the hostage (played by British actress Rebecca Hall) is freed.
The screening will take place on Tuesday 21 September 2010 at the Vue Cinema, Liffey Valley, Dublin and will be hosted by Balls of Steel host Mark Nolan.
Mark, who currently hosts Sky Movies’ film programme 35mm, is bringing the film to Dublin as part of ’35 mm on Tour’, which takes Mark out of the studio and into cinemas in four cities across Britain and Ireland.
