The opening day of the four-day Christmas Festival on St Stephen’s Day had already been called off.
Horse Racing Ireland officials have a contingency plan in place, with Monday’s Paddy Power Dial-A-Bet Chase and the paddypowerpoker.com Future Champions Novice Hurdle due to be rescheduled for Wednesday.
Racing is now set to take place from Tuesday until Thursday.
