Choc Thornton is familiar with this Alan King runner and I fully expect him to push his rivals all the way in what should be a good old battle.
3pts win – Majuro – Southwell (4.30)
Four wins and two second places in his last six runs is difficult form to ignore, albeit if MAJURO is up in class this afternoon.
He’ll be partnered by Tony Culhane for the first time today and will more than likely go off a well-fancied favourite. The seven-year-old has won around here before so everything is pointing in the direction of picking up the honours in this handicap company.
