A mixture of racing on the flat and over the jumps has us well tuned for picking winners today. JOE’s Daily Punts, in association with Boylesports.
2pts win – Intac – Hereford (3.30)
The smart money will go on INTAC in this novices’ handicap chase as he comes from the in-form Tizzard yard, Joe riding for his father Colin.
The Donald McCain runner Finlay is likely to be sent off the favourite but I think he hasn’t enough guts after a narrow loss at Newcastle last time out.
Intac has won on this ground and over this distance before and if his jumping is up to scratch he’ll be very hard to beat.
1pt e/w – Opera Gal – Epsom Downs (3.45)
This Class 2 handicap is wide open and I’m confident David Probert can get OPERA GAL home in the first three.
It will be the first run of the season for the only filly in the field and if picking up from where she left off last September there should be prize money in the bag.
