The role of enforcer is going to be a good bit more fun in the latest NHL by the sounds of it, as the developers are promising some huge hits, in an upgrade from last year’s physics engine, to the same one they used in FIFA. Check out some footage here of a few properly powerful collisions.
The graphics look pretty slick, and if you are a hockey fan, you’ll be excited by how realistic it looks as well as the fact that they’ve also promised to tweak the skating physics too.
One of the other features that caught our eye however, was the new use of Fight Night technology. This is going to deliver a totally new physics-based punch targeting and player size differentiation to every fight, meaning the scraps are going to be gloves off and no holds barred.
Are we interested? Damn straight we are. Check out the full trailer here, featuring more bone-crushing hits.
