After a tough training session at Carton House today, a hungry Lions squad went into the capital for a bite to eat and listened to Jamie Heaslip’s advice.

Heaslip himself is not training with the squad as he has a Rabo Direct final against Ulster on Saturday to concentrate on, but must have influenced the travelling party to try the food at his restaurant BEAR on South William Street.
Lads this size will have a decent appetite at the best of times, but they looked to have had a tough session today in Kildare, so we can only imagine they were looking forward to a good feed this evening.
Heaslip of course is involved with BEAR restaurant and will have suggested the lads try out some of the fine cuisine available in the restaurant.
While there is no Wallaby on the menu, the 70 or so that were part of the full party looked to be enjoying the grub served up.
