The driver of the car was a 38-year-old bloke from Northfield, Adelaide, and according to police reports the car was unregistered, uninsured and already subject to a defect notice.
On top of all that, the police said the car was involved in a hit-and-run incident moments before it was pulled over.
We’ve seen some pretty crazy car modifications, but this has to be one of the weirdest.
