The Irish squad were being put through their paces today and Munster lock Donncha O’Callaghan was looking incredibly focused during scrum practice.
With the Autumn Series quickly approaching, every player will be doing his best to impress Joe Schmidt and we expect that the sessions are highly competitive affairs as each player stakes a claim to make the starting XV.
Widely regarded is one the most diligent trainers around, O’Callaghan was giving it his all today and this picture sums that up perfectly.
