Frankel continued his remarkable unbeaten record as he made it 13 wins in a row after another stunning performance in the Juddmonte International Stakes at York today.

Racing at the slightly longer distance of ten and a half furlongs, Frankel pulled away to win in relative ease to lift the Group One prize and take his career earnings to past the £2 million mark.

Dungarvan native Tom Queally is the jockey fortunate enough to ride the four year-old thoroughbred, and has done so since the incredible run began two years ago.

“It panned out nicely – he won ever so well. It’s a fantastic training performance,” said a clearly jubilant Queally afterwards.

Frankel has been the highest-rated race horse in the world since May of last year, and needs just one more win to reach ten Group One victories.

There has been speculation that the British Championship Stakes at Ascot in October could be his last run before going to stud.

With Frankel 1/20 before today’s race, you will need to part with a lot of money to make a decent return on this horse next time out.
