Everyone’s favourite grump…
One of the top satirists working today, Charlie Brooker has written for the brilliant Brass Eye, is the brains behind the bonkers Black Mirror and, each week, presents his always scathing and super Weekly Wipe on BBC 2.
The second series of the TV program, which is an amalgamation of the broadcaster’s older and much-loved Screenwipe and Newswipe shows, contains huge dollops of Brooker’s trademark and hilariously pessimistic examination of the role of the media, and tonight’s show will also feature a guest slot from one of the funniest and most controversial comedians that you NEED to check out – Limmy.
