A week before it hits the App Store, Rovio have show us a bit more of what we can expect from the new Angry Birds game, based on Star Wars.
As we told you last month, we will have a hot new Angry Birds game to play with next week and it will be based on Star Wars. Up to now we didn’t know much about the gameplay or how it the worlds of catapulted birds and pigs would combine with Darth Vader at the other iconic Star Wars characters.
This clip sheds some light on what we can expect. The birds look like they will be replaced by Star Wars characters, with C-3PO and R2-D2 taking the place of some of the birds in the bits of gameplay included above.
Unsurprisingly, the game will be very similar in psychics to Angry Birds Space which was released earlier this year and requires clever use of gravity to hit the target.
With many Star Wars fans still reeling from the news that Disney now owns the entire kit and caboodle, we hope this game doesn’t upset them even further.
