JOE couldn’t be any happier to say that one of our favourite shows is returning to the air. Community is back! Yahoo and Sony Pictures Television announced that 13 new episodes will be exclusively available online via Yahoo Screen.
The news couldn’t have come at a better time too as the actors were set to be be released from their contracts at midnight yesterday but, following this news, it now looks like the Greendale gang will be back.

“I am very pleased that Community will be returning for its predestined sixth season on Yahoo,” creator/show-runner Dan Harmon said in a statement. “I look forward to bringing our beloved NBC sitcom to a larger audience by moving it online. I vow to dominate our new competition. Rest easy, Big Bang Theory. Look out, Bang Bus!”
Star Joel Mc Hale was slightly less ‘diplomatic’ upon hearing the news , he said, “‘#SixSeasonsAndaMovie is real. Thank you Sony. Thank you Yahoo. Thank you Dan Harmon. And thank you to the greatest f%$#ing fans in the history of the human race. It’s the internet. We can swear now.”
JOE are massive fans of the show and we can’t wait to see what the new season brings, hopefully more paintball!
