Seth MacFarlane is getting ready for the Oscars… by slagging James Bond off
It’s very nearly Oscar season and so host Seth MacFarlane is preparing for the difficult job of being funny, charming and edgy enough to impress the academy powers-that-be and us minions. Tough gig, but somebody’s got to do it.
In his latest promo for the Academy Award ceremony, MacFarlane, creator of Ted and Family Guy, is dressed as a bar tender and serves Pierce Brosnan as James Bond a martini. Of course, he tells Bond that nobody stirs a martini, implying that Bond has been asking for a drink in the wrong way for a few decades…oh.
In another video below, McFarlane also tells Janet Leigh from Psycho to ‘keep it down’ as she is stabbed to death in the shower…
The Oscars will be on Sunday February 24.
