Back in June, our friends over at MicksGarage.com launched their Father’s Day Supercar Experience competition and needless to say, the winner(s) had an absolute blast.
The MicksGarage.com lads picked one winner from their virtual hat of randomness and Declan Reamonn from Wexford was named as the incredibly lucky winner.
Declan and his wife Gina met the MicksGarage.com lads, along with Árón Smith, in the Johnstown Inn in Naas for quick bite to eat before heading over to Mondello for his Ultimate Supercar Experience.
In fairness to Declan, just half an hour before heading out on track he revealed that he would be handing over his prize to his wife, who was an even bigger petrol-head than himself – talk about raking in the brownie points.
However, being the legends that they are, the lads in Mondello didn’t want to see the original competition winning leaving with getting a spin around the track, so they suited up both Declan and Gina in racing boots and overalls for the Supercar Experience.
