The Last Exorcism Part II continues where the last movie left off – Nell Sweetzer (Ashley Bell) is found in rural Louisiana with no memory of her possession or exorcism. Returned to New Orleans and trying to start a new life, the demons come-a-hunting for her once again. She must be easy prey…
Nell is the last surviving member of her family now, so who will help her? The church, for where there is evil, there must be good too. The first movie consisted of found footage when a reverend made a documentary exposing exorcism as a fraud, but this one will follow regular movie patterns. Directed by Ed Gass Donnelly (The Beautiful City, Small Town Murder Songs).
Expect lots of creepy demon shadows and unnatural back bending.
The Last Exorcism Part II is released on 15th March.
