One woman managed to steal the show on the Oscars red carpet last night and we have to admit, we didn’t even know who she was until we looked her up… but are we glad we did.
Samantha Barks was at the Oscars last night because she stared in the hit movie, Les Misérables along side the winner of the best supporting actress Anne Hathaway. Here’s a pic of her in Les Mis.
Samantha, 22, was born and brought up on the Isle of Man and she has been recording and releasing her own music since the age of 17. However, it was her appearance on the rather suggestively named talent show, ‘I’ll Do Anything’, that really shot Samantha to fame.
So here’s to you Samantha, and may we see more of you in the not too distant future…
