Fire crews in Manchester had to be rushed out to a woman after she got her hand trapped in the glove box of her car.
The 49-year-old woman in question, who didn’t want to be named for obvious reasons, was trying to find something that had fallen down the back of the glove box as she sat outside her home in Greater Manchester.
However, her watch got caught in the gap between the glove box and the dash and she was unable to free herself, according to Orange News. That’s when the fire crews were called in…
Crew manager Stuart Hall said: “As soon as the watch came off it was fine, they were a little embarrassed as we were the last resort. But if someone is stuck they are stuck, they can’t stay there all night.
“We don’t train for something exactly like this but we will always be able get people free somehow.”
What is it with women getting stuck in the weirdest of places? Remember the girl who got stuck in the clothes horse? We have a feeling it’s just a ploy to get the firemen out.
