Fancy a night at the dogs courtesy of us, with free bets, drink, food and a bit of a dance afterwards thrown in? We thought so…

As we inch our way out of the inky blackness of winter, your thoughts can now turn to once again heading out after work rather than hurrying back to your gaff. And there are few better ways to spend a mid-week night than heading to the nearest greyhound stadium, having a few scoops and, if you’re in luck, winning a few quid.

Now, thanks to our friends in the Irish Greyhound Board, we are organising our very own JOE night at the Harold’s Cross Greyhound Stadium in Dublin on Tuesday, March 12.

The theme for the night is “Bad Hare Day”, so bring your finest headgear to bag a spot prize on the night. That way, even if your tipping skills are a little off, we could still be saying “Hats off” to you for your prize-winning wig.

As it is a JOE night, it’s no ordinary night. If you are lucky enough to win a pass for you and a friend (see below for details on how to do that) you will get in for free and get an all-important race card too.

You will then join the other 30 other winners from JOE, plus 30 winners from the lovely people over at Her.ie, in our special section of the stand.

There you will get a free fiver bet with the Tote, some free bevvies, some finger food plus the use of the IGB’s own ‘roving tipster’ for when the pin-sticking method fails.

Add in the post-racing DJ, and maybe a surprise or two, and you have a cracking night out for you and a friend, all on us.

So, to be in with a chance to get your hands on one of these precious passes all you have to do is answer this simple question:
