The man who brought you the classic ‘Lar Outside’ is back…
It is hard to believe it is over three years since ‘Lar Outside’ first appeared. The ode to the one and only Lar Corbett has racked up over 160,000 hits now, and if you haven’t had the pleasure, check it out below.
Anyway, the good news for fans of Tipperary hurling songs is that ahead of the county’s All-Ireland final clash with Kilkenny, Johnny B is back.
This time the tune is ‘This Could Be Our Year’ and it features a couple of cracking lines (‘There’s going to be high balls into the box, and old lads shouting bring back Pat Fox’) and with the usual mix of archive footage of past Tipp greats mixed with a smattering of the current team, the video is not half bad either.
