It’s fair to say that the situation in the Irish camp is far from ideal at the moment and Gift Grub’s account of what might be going on was very funny indeed.
With a host of injuries, the coach under pressure, the out-half position currently occupied by GAA stalwart AN Other and rumours abounding that Declan Kidney might yet be forced to recall Ronan O’Gara for the clash with France on Saturday, things have certainly been better in the Irish camp than they are at the moment.
Unfortunately we don’t have an insight into exactly what’s going on, but the Gift Grub lads on Today FM have a better idea and this morning they elaborated upon what might be going on between Declan Kidney and Ronan O’Gara, while Eddie O’Sullivan and Frankie Sheahan also chimed in with their two cents’ worth.
Will ROG play on Saturday or go see Taken 2 with Paul O’Connell instead? Is Eddie O’Sullivan right in saying that it’s not the time to be putting ketchup in your cornflakes? Will Frankie Sheahan stop laughing for long enough to put a coherent sentence together?
