An app that allows you to delete text messages you’ve sent to other people

Where have you been all our lives...

Joe Harrington

Where have you been all our lives…

We think it’s fair to say that we’ve all sent a message to someone that we don’t want them to read. Whether it’s a 3am declaration of love or the heart attack-inducing moment when you send a text to the person the text was about.

A friend of ours once did that and as the message was sending he threw his phone into a toilet to save the situation but shockingly it didn’t. The phone died and his girlfriend got the message. He now owns an old phone and is single which a lot of people might say makes his life a lot easier. Not us though, we love new phones and a significant other who loves us.

David O’Doherty’s Text Song sums the whole thing up better than anyone…

However, people resorting to throwing phones into toilets could be a thing of the past because a new app called Ansa has the ability to delete messages that have delivered to other people.

The app is kind of like Snapchat, in that you can send photos, videos and drawings as well as words, and can be set to delete just seconds after being viewed. Ansa also enables users to remotely delete messages from other people’s devices.

For safety’s sake we all need to be on this app. Straight to the app/android store!
