If you’ve been on the bike for the last few hours, the last thing you want to do is hop down and start running, but with the proper training you’ll be ready for the challenge.

A well-balanced diet is key, and with increasing your levels of intensity as well as the length of your training, supplementing will become ever more important both for recovery as well as to keep you going while you train.
