The Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year competition is officially open until September 30th, with a theme of ‘No Chef Is An Island.’
It’s open to chefs between the ages of a 18 and 26 and the winner will receive an all expenses paid stage at The Square London under the guidance of Michelin chef Phil Howard.
