Sky News are reporting today that a penthouse that is about to go up for sale there might be the most expensive gaff ever put on the market.
The penthouse of the Odeon Tower is a 3,300 square metre multi-story penthouse that is expected to go on sale for a frankly obscene €301million.
In fairness to the place, it does have some cool features, like a massive water slide and a huge infinity pool. You don’t get these in your average semi-d.
It also looks out over the Monaco coast and beach and you will definitely have a great view of the annual Grand Prix.
It also comes with essentially your own private team of staff including drivers, butlers, concierges and the like.
If you fancy it, you can pretend it is 2007 all over again by buying it off the plans, as it isn’t even finished yet, so all these pictures are from the brochure and can be best described as aspirational, or fictional, whatever you prefer.
