Dessie Curley from the Snapper would be very proud of this one.
While certain story titles like “Man trapped in fridge has to eat his own head” is more likely to grab a persons interest, it’s a harder task to come up with creative lines for the more mundane and normal stories like the Galway bike scheme.
While public transportation in The City of the Tribes is a serious issue, we just have so much respect for the sub-editor of the Galway Advertiser for slipping in this wonderful reference to the iconic ’93 Irish film The Snapper.
