We wish the former England man all the best after an incident in Leeds yesterday.
Details of what exactly happened to the 25-year-old fly-half are sketchy but the BBC are reporting this morning that Cipriani is concussed and in hospital after he was hit by a bus in Leeds yesterday.
The Sale Sharks man was kept in overnight and has had some x-rays taken but no further details on his condition have been released.
The Sun are reporting that Ciprinai was out on the town with his Sale team mates on an end of season knees up when the accident happened.
They quote his manager, James Williamson, who says: “He’s obviously in pain. He was running across the road and just misjudged the speed of the bus.”
Cipriani, who made his England debut against Ireland in 2008, joined Sale last year after a two-year spell in Melbourne.
