If their own staff believe it, it must be true.
We all know that Ryanair’s business plan takes in all sorts of revenue from features you’d expect to get for free from most other airlines. We’re over it, as long as they continue to get us from A t0 B at cheap fares.
However, when the people running your social media accounts believe that ’emotional baggage’ counts as something that can be sold, maybe it’s time to draw the line.
Or maybe it was just too much brandy at Christmas.
