Countless opposition rugby players will testify that the last thing you want to do is piss off Paul O’Connell so we wouldn’t be surprised if the folks at BT Sport are quaking in their boots today.
On the back of Ben Kay displaying his brilliant hurling skills on BT’s Rugby Tonight earlier this week, Paulie was quick to remind them that the term ‘hurling shot’ isn’t one we use in these parts.

O’Connell was, of course, only having a laugh but any rebuke, even in jest, from the big man is surely enough to have put the famous ‘fear of God’ into the BT lads, or worse, do as one tweeter suggested after seeing Paulie’s reponse…
