We’ve all been there guys, you’ll get over it…
Tickets for Ed Sheeran’s upcoming gig in Whelans have been more in demand than a functioning helper monkey so naturally some fans will be left disappointed.
While the tickets are now available, it seems that those pesky rules that all gigs must abide by still apply.
Drinks, singing and some person falling on top of you are all to be expected but like every gig, Ed Sheeran’s performance at Whelans is strictly for people aged 18 and over.
JOE remembers being heartbroken at not seeing Milli Vanilli, Wham, a generic cool band when we were a teenager so this thread on Facebook definitely resonated with us.
JOE reader Stephen Minihane sent this into us and we can all relate to the pain amongst these Ed Sheeran fans. Sort of.
That being said, you can’t help but laugh at the guy who was so incensed that he actually wants to protest outside of Whelans on the night.
Don’t worry guys, Ed will be back again plus he’s such a nice guy that he might just perform in your own home if you ask him nicely. It will be ok.
