Might be worth popping out of work for half an hour if you can manage it.
Younger readers might not know too much about them, but for a time in the 80s and 90s The Waterboys were one of the biggest bands around and were hugely popular in these parts.
The band are releasing a new album, Modern Blues, on Monday, January 19th and to mark the release, the one and only Mike Scott will be doing a spot of busking outside the Gaiety Theatre with violinist Steve Wickham at around 10.45am this morning.
Wickham and I will busk a song outside Gaiety Theatre, Dublin at about 10.45am tomorrow!

Waterboys fans of a certain generation who work in the area will no doubt be making convenient excuses to pop out for 20 minutes and hopefully the audience will be treated to classics like this.
