The folks at Fox Sports Australia have been responsible for some brilliant rugby videos of late, from the best comical clearance kicks to the best intercept tries and the top five Fatman tries ever seen in rugby union.

This week’s offering is as good as ever, with the Fox Sports lads revisiting the top five rugby bombed tries of all time, which is basically a polite term for ‘tries that should have been scored but weren’t because of one huge and often comical mistake by an individual at the worst possible time’. Or something like that.

England’s Ben Kay gets a mention for his slippery hands during the 2003 World Cup Final, but the number one is a deserving winner and the fact that it’s the often smarmy ex-England captain Will Carling is an extra bonus for Irish rugby fans.

Great stuff.
