The people behind Hyundai’s marketing department wanted to show off the clever driver assists featured in the new Hyundai Genesis, including: the Smart Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist and Auto Emergency Braking.
So they decided to form the world’s first driverless convoy using 30 cameras, six new brand new Hyundai Genesis, one big flatbed rig and six VERY ballsy stunt performers…
As if getting the cars to follow each other around Hyundai’s California proving ground located deep in the Mojave Desert wasn’t cool enough, the driver in the lead car jams on the brakes bringing the convoy to a complete stop without any input from another driver.
It’s incredible…
