If you fancy a night on the couch, here’s what’s on offer.

Chelsea v Liverpool (Sky Sports 1 at 7pm)

It’s the second leg of their Capital One Cup semi final with the tie level at 1-1 after last week’s game at Anfield.

Watch out for Jordan Henderson and Diego Costa, they had to be pulled apart in the tunnel last Tuesday.

The Perks of Being a Wallflower (Film4 at 9pm)

A shy and awkward high school guy ends up hanging out with two seniors who “welcome him to the real world.”

Emma Watson, Ezra Miller and Logan Lerman are the stars.

Touched by Auschwitz (BBC Two at 9pm)

This is an 90 minute feature length documentary that talks to six Auschwitz survivors.

They discuss their survival in the years after liberation and the effect the experience has had on them right up to the present day.
