Workers in China were sick and tired of waiting for a motorist to move their parked car, so they decided to demolish the car park around it.
Looks like the motorist of this VW is going to have some trouble getting their car out of this car park seeing as the car park is now nothing but a pile rubble.
According to reports, the construction workers waited ten days for the driver to return to his (or her) abandoned motor in Taiyuan, Shanxi Province, but the workers ran out of patience and carried on with the demolition, leaving the car completely unscathed.
The lads were trying to complete a street-broadening project that had been delayed due to the parked car.
Having said all that, maybe the car was intentionally parked there by someone from Gweedore, Donegal. Who knows? One thing is for sure, someone from the VW marketing department should really turn this into some positive PR. “Even when the car park is demolished, your VW will be there…”
