Video: The Fantasy Football Downfall parody might just be the best one yet

If there’s anything we don’t need more of it’s Downfall parodies, but anyone who plays Fantasy Football will be able to relate to this, which is one of the best we’ve seen yet.

Unfortunately for the Downfall parody, which was hilarious when it first came out, it had become so often copied and rarely equalled that people began to grow tired of it very quickly.

As a result, we were wary when we received an e-mail from JOE reader Tony Cummins sending us in the direction of another one, which covered the topic of Fantasy Football of all subjects.

That was enough to pique our interest and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the parody, which relates to the Fantasy Football Double Gameweek just gone, is actually very funny and will certainly strike a chord with anyone who, for example, was upset by Roberto Mancini’s rotation policy or the fact that Juan Mata’s goal for Chelsea against Man United was ruled as a Phil Jones own goal instead.

People who don’t play Fantasy Football mightn’t understand the fanaticism that grips managers at times, but those who do will understand just how mad one can get by the simple matter of a goal, an assist, a clean sheet or a wrong captain choice and this sums it up pretty well.

Well played Tony, very well played indeed.
