One of the greatest moments in the history of football was when John O’Shea nutmegged Luis Figo in 2004.
Another Waterford man has now entered the “nutmegging an international football superstar” Hall of Fame – St Mirren’s Jim Goodwin.
Jim was playing for the Scottish club in a friendly against New York City FC when former Spain international David Villa closed him down.
Goodwin played the ball between Villa’s legs, and boy did he enjoy it.
