If you haven’t watched it yet then you’re in for a treat
The commitment that’s required to start any new TV show is a very unique one because JOE knows that your time and tastes are special.
The sublime Parks and Recreation comes to an end this evening in the US and we can’t recommend the show highly enough.
In the interest of fairness, it does take a few episodes to really get off the ground but it’s definitely worth the wait.
Ron Swanson is one of the greatest characters that has ever been written, Leslie Knope is an incredible role model for women and an icon for progressive change while Jean Ralphio is so ridiculous that you’ll almost forget about the bumbling Jerry, slacker-cool Andy or wonderfully droll April amongst others.
It’s a brilliant show that’s passionately loved by its current fans and it’s just waiting to be discovered by new ones. Here’s just a few of the best moments from the characters.
