Baaaaad sheep. Did ewe really have to go?
When it comes to people who work in showbiz, a frequently herd opinion is that it’s best to avoid dealing with animals at all costs .
BBC News NI’s Agriculture and Environment Correspondent Conor Macauley will definitely agree with this opinion after his broadcast was hijacked by a wooly bully.
The journalist was reporting on a story about how a sheep named Button, a ewe then, had been adopted by a couple from Moira before nature intervened on behalf of the wee lamb.
Fair play to Macauley though because he didn’t look too sheepish after the incident as he tried to ram home his piece to camera. We can’t help but laugh though at the cameraman cracking up behind the lens and the sheer look of resignation on the reporters face.
Thanks for mutton there Button.
