After Fabian Delph and Raheem Sterling bailed on the clubs that loved them this summer, football fans pretty much turned against them en masse – responding to pictures of them in their new kits with a raft of snake emojis.
Sterling posed for a selfie with Fabian Delph (a Delphie?) while they were on a plane with the England squad and… Well, we’ve seen this movie before and Samuel L. Jackson was in it.
Sterling captioned his selfie with a pretty obvious message, mocking his haters. They responded in kind. The circle of life.
