Oops.
Having done the occasional commentary gig, I can tell you that it’s not easy work. There’s days of preparation and research involved because nothing can be left to chance.
All you can hope for is a decent game, a good broadcast and a lively co-commentator to take some of the burden off your own voice during the 90 minutes.
It seems that commentator Liam McLeod might be wishing for a bleep button though after appearing to drop the F-bomb during Rangers’ recent 3-1 defeat to St Johnstone.
