That has been the motto of Irish stars, Conor Murray, Sean O’Brien and Cian Healy in their preparation for Ireland’s opening three World Cup games.
That lads’ hard work appears to be paying off, as we’ve opened the tournament with convincing wins over Canada and Romania and a hard fought victory over Italy.
The three Lucozade ambassadors have been instrumental in these games and will have to be on form if Ireland are going to progress to the latter stages of the tournament.
