Is this really the funniest joke in the world?
We all have that one go-to joke we break out in times of need, we’re not telling you ours though because you’ll only steal it… it’s that good.
A website called Laughlab was set up in 2002 where people could submit jokes and others could vote on whether or not they found them funny or not.
Well, 13 years, 44,000 jokes and 1.5 million votes later, the results of the jokes are in.
According to the people who voted, this is the funniest joke in the world…
Two hunters are out in the woods when one of them collapses. He doesn’t seem to be breathing and his eyes are glazed. The other guy whips out his phone and calls the emergency services. He gasps, “My friend is dead! What can I do?” The operator says “Calm down. I can help. First, let’s make sure he’s dead.” There is a silence, then a shot is heard. Back on the phone, the guy says “OK, now what?”
It’s an old one we’ve heard a thousand times but still does the job…
