This is not the same bingo your granny goes to.
Last week The Grand Social was transformed and the pensioner’s favourite game, bingo, was turned on its head for an unforgettable night of tunes in a once off neon-haven. This was yet another one of Desperado’s fantastic absurd parties.
An exclusive list of 250 guests ticked the year’s biggest tracks off their bingo cards to win some great prizes.
Guests were greeted at the door by the Desperados team where they were ‘neonified’ with neon makeup and t-shirts for neon screen printing to get them in the ‘NEON + BINGO’ spirit.
DJ Davey B and Mother Club’s Phil Boyle supplied the bangin’ tunes and MCs kept the party pumpin’ late into the night. The Grand Social looked nothing like an average bingo hall as party-goers were treated to a neon haven, complete with limited edition ‘NEON + BINGO’ outfits for revelers to don as they partied late into the night!
Traditional bingo numbers were replaced by this year’s hottest tunes as party-goers crossed off the tracks whilst raving into the night. The lucky party-goers who shouted ‘bingo’ won some absurd Desperados items like inflatable saxophones, masks, wigs and lots more.
NEON + BINGO finishes Desperados’ year of absurd parties with a bang, which started with ‘RAVE + BUTCHER SHOP’, followed by ‘BUS STOP + SILENT DISCO’ and then ‘BAR + DRESSING ROOM’ at Longitude.
