A tribute to the late David Bowie perhaps?
Weatherwoman Jean Byrne is something of an Irish institution at this stage and she’s never been afraid to experiment when it comes to her choice of outfit on air.
This evening on the RTE News, Jean wore a black number with very prominent shoulder pads and viewers watching on couldn’t decide if she was paying tribute to David Bowie, Kylo Ren from Star Wars or Anjelica Huston from The Witches.
