These Kildare lads got more than they bargained for when they went fishing in Darwin. We’ve heard of odd catches, but a kangaroo, really?
That’s what Simon, from Caragh, and his friend Declan, from Newbridge, came up against though, and the catch was so bizarre that it even made 9 News Darwin.
Simon’s girlfriend and JOE reader Ciara Kavanagh sent us the clip of the news report where Simon, brilliantly, describes what happened.
