David Clifford delivered one of the all time Hogan Cup performances as he inspired St Brendan’s Killarney to glory against St Patrick’s Maghera in the final at Croke Park.
St Brendan’s came out 2-13 to 2-6 winners, lifting their first Hogan Cup title in 24 years, as Clifford contributed an incredible 2-5 toward his team’s victory.
Speaking to TG4 after his epic game, Clifford reflected on proceedings, before falling victim to an ego re-positioning prank.
