Irish fans in France, we need your help.
We don’t think any set of supporters at the Euros have quite the array of colourful flags that Irish fans have brought to the tournament.
Ahead of Saturday’s clash against Belgium, one very important one has gone missing and if you happen to be following the Boys in Green in France, you might be able to help get it back.
Mark Duffy, the uncle of Ireland squad member Shane Duffy, is one of seven members of the Duffy clan currently following the fortunes of the Boys in Green in France.
He got in touch with us to let us know that the flag in the pictures below, which was made up by Shane’s mother before they left Ireland, went missing during Ireland’s game with Sweden at the Stade de France on Monday.

As you might expect, Shane’s mother and the rest of the travelling party are desperate to get their hands on it as soon as possible, so Mark asked us to help get the word out in the hope that someone might have it in their possession and will be able to return it as soon as possible.
If you have seen the flag or have any information as to where it might be, you can contact us on Facebook, Twitter or editorial@joe.ie and we can help get it back to the Duffy family.
Alternatively, Mark can be contacted via e-mail at Markduff57@gmail.com.
Fingers crossed it will be back with its rightful owners before long.
