Cuban officials have claimed that Fidel Castro has had sex with over 35,000 women in his lifetime. We know that running a country can be stressful, but we’re really not sure how he found the time to two that – or why he’d even want to.
According to a survey conducted by Superdrug, the ideal number of sexual partners is nowhere near that – it’s in the single digits.
The study revealed that men consider 7.6 sexual partners to be the ideal number, whereas women gave an almost identical answer of 7.5.
Other findings included that woman have more sexual partners than men over their lifetime – 7.0 compared to 6.4 – and that men have a lower threshold for promiscuity than women. Men say someone is promiscuous after 14 sex partners, whereas women say 15.2.
You can also be considered too conservative it seems, with women saying 1.9 sexual partners is too few, and men saying 2.3.
