How many of these have you stayed in?

The World Travel Awards took place in Sardinia over the weekend, where the great and the good of the tourism industry throughout the world were recognised at a gala ceremony.

Awards were handed out across a range of different categories, including Europe’s leading tourist attraction, which went to Titanic Belfast after the Guinness Storehouse won the award in 2015.

As well as honouring winners across each continent, the awards also recognised leading hotels in each individual country and in Ireland, six hotels were singled out for special mention.
