Here’s the best of Irish TV.
The best of Irish television was acknowledged tonight as Brendan O’Connor, Sharon Horgan and Al Porter picked up awards at the 2016 IFTA Gala Television Awards.
Pat Kenny made a return to the TV screens this week with his new show on TV3 and he also had some good news to celebrate this evening after being honoured with the ‘Lifetime Achievement’ Award.
Elsewhere, there were wins for Brendan O’Carroll, First Dates, Red Rock and Bridget and Eamon. Congratulations to all.
